Terms Of Service
- You may not under any circumstances exceed the number of active torrents you have purchased. Upgrades are available at any time of your billing period.
- Your account download rights are strictly for you only. If you decided to share becomes your responsability.
- When you join you understand that, while we can connect to most trackers most of the time, we can not promise a connection to all trackers all the time and you have made the decision to try it out for yourself to see how it performs with your favored trackers.
- You may not use this service to distribute content you do not have the right to, we respect your privacy & do not monitor your files, but should we receive report of content distribution from our server that contravenes a third parties rights, we will be forced to find it & delete it immediately without notice.
- You may not use this service to distribute illegal content of any kind, but particularly child pornography (under 18), true rape & snuff, if you do so your account will be terminated immediately & you will be reported to your regional authorities.
- We can not be held responsible for any content that you may download to our server, it is your responsibility to conduct due diligence & make sure you do not breech these terms of service.
- We can not be held responsible for our customers activities, if you believe a breech has occurred please refer to our contact page.
- While every effort is made to provide the most reliable service, we are sure you can understand that in life problems sometimes occur, you agree that we can not be held responsible for any failure to store your content or temporary loss of service.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be offensive including, but not limited to:
Blatant expressions of prejudice, racism, hatred.
Content that we have reason to believe was posted for malevolent purposes.
- You have an obligation to be respectful toward support staff, abuse will not be tolerated. We are your friends and we are here to help you.
- Server performance is constantly monitored & we must reserve the right to modify the plans if necessary.
- Should you be found to be in breech of our TOS your account may be suspended for one week & without compensation, any further offences may see your account terminated permanently & without compensation.
- Server Cancellation : All requests for cancelling accounts must be made via email to cancel@myseedbox.net This e-mail address is being protected from spammers.
- Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.
- Refund only occurrs in case of hardware fault. NO OTHER CASE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
- We reserve the right to amend / modify these terms without advance notice.
