| How can I download to my computer? |

The best way is in Internet Explorer type ftp://user:password@site, find the file you want and right click "Save file as...". Also you can use ftp clients like Filezilla, CuteFTP, FlashFXP, etc. |

You must find the cookie of the site in your pc and copy the UID and password.

You must enter the cookie information like this:

| Why you have limited active torrents? |

These limits prevents the overload of the servers, so your connection canīt be overloaded/shaped. |

| How quickly will my seedbox be setup? |

The delivery time is 24/72hs before payment according to stock. Usually the seedboxes are delivered in a couple of hours. |

| Will my subscription automatically renew at the end of my first month? |

Your subscription is not automatic. We send a renewal request a few days before your first month is due to finish. You decide if you want to renew or not. If you don't respond the seedbox will be deleted after a few days. |

| Do you accept payments other than PayPal? |

If you are in Argentina you can pay by Rapipago / Pago Facil, Bapro, etc,
But if you are outside Argentina at present we only accept PayPal but hope to offer alternatives in the near future.
